Role Description We are looking for a talented Staff Product Designer that enjoys solving complex problems with data-driven solutions. This role is focused on Back Office and Commercial experiences, designing for the people who run the financial and operational backbone of trades businesses. This person will be a core member of our growing design team and aid in creating a class-leading SaaS product with desktop, tablet and mobile touchpoints. They will possess a balanced toolkit of research, interface design, and prototyping capabilities. • Own and drive the end to end UX design process for complex products and features, from discovery and concept through detailed design and delivery • Partner closely with Product Managers to translate product strategy, requirements, and business objectives into user centered design solutions • Conduct and synthesize user research (e.g., interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, surveys) to inform design decisions • Create and maintain UX artifacts including user journeys, personas, information architecture, wireframes, interaction flows, prototypes, and high fidelity designs • Ensure design solutions are grounded in usability, accessibility (WCAG), and inclusive design principles • Collaborate with Engineering to ensure designs are feasible, clearly specified, and implemented with high fidelity • Contribute to and evolve design systems, component libraries, and UX standards to ensure consistency and scalability across products • Facilitate design workshops, critiques, and cross functional working sessions to drive alignment and shared understanding • Provide clear design rationale and storytelling to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining UX integrity • Act as a UX subject matter expert, advocating for the user perspective in product and delivery decisions • Mentor and provide design guidance to junior and mid level designers, raising overall design quality and maturity • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive end to end experiences across the customer lifecycle • Participate in beta programs, pilots, and post launch evaluations to assess usability and identify continuous improvement opportunities • Performs other duties as assigned.

• Design intuitive, user-centered mobile experiences across iOS and Android, from early concepts through final implementation. • Collaborate closely with Product Managers to define, refine, and negotiate product requirements and acceptance criteria. • Partner with Engineering to understand technical constraints, platform capabilities, and implementation trade-offs. • Lead design efforts across both new feature development and redesign of existing experiences. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • Design and explore AI-assisted user experiences, including intelligent workflows and personalization. • Contribute to and evolve a scalable mobile design system by defining reusable patterns and components. • Advocate for the user through research, feedback, and data. • Design for real-world usage conditions such as low connectivity and short session times. • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a cohesive mobile experience.
