UX Analyst III

• Plan and conduct in-depth interviews with the four business areas, in addition to document analysis and observation of real work (shadowing). • Map and consolidate “as-is” journeys, personas, and critical moments, prioritizing opportunities using a pain × impact matrix. • Design and analyze surveys (readability, adoption, satisfaction, time-on-task) and triangulate quantitative findings with qualitative insights. • Define evaluation rubrics for the AI assistant (accuracy, completeness, usefulness, compliance/LGPD) and blind evaluation protocols. • Co-create, with Data/AI teams, data labeling (ground truth), maturity criteria for risk writing, and taxonomy guides. • Plan and execute usability tests on prototypes, pilot acceptance studies, and before/after comparative analyses. • Turn findings into actionable recommendations: executive reports, readouts, and inputs for user stories and acceptance criteria. • Maintain a living research repository (Confluence/Jira/Miro/Figma) and promote a culture of evidence-based decision making.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed.
  • Proven experience as a UX Researcher/Consumer Insights practitioner in B2B or internal products, preferably in complex or regulated environments.
  • Proficiency in conducting interviews, synthesis, journey/blueprint mapping, survey design, and descriptive analysis of results.
  • Ability to plan end-to-end studies (objectives, sampling, scripts, consent, analysis, and communication).
  • Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, and Data/AI teams; familiarity with LGPD and research ethics.
  • Tools: Figma/FigJam or Miro, Jira/Confluence, spreadsheets/BI for basic analysis.
  • Experience with generative AI (human evaluation of responses, RAG, prompt testing).
  • Familiarity with risk management (operational/financial/ESG) and compliance.
  • SQL or Python for analyses; event instrumentation with Product/Engineering; experience with survey tools (Qualtrics/Typeform).
  • Experience with BI dashboards and reading logs/telemetry to understand user behavior.
  • Accessibility, plain language, and content guidelines.
