Job Description

Group Campaign Manager

Talent Shore

Role Description The Group Campaign Manager is a commercially oriented role sitting at the intersection of marketing planning, execution and sales enablement. You will plan and run multi-channel B2B campaigns that generate qualified pipeline, support the sales team in converting that pipeline, and act as the primary point of contact for the team and portfolio of clients to ensure they see tangible results. Core Responsibilities - Campaign Planning and Execution: - Design and manage multi-channel B2B campaigns across email, LinkedIn, and paid media, aligned to RCG’s lead and demand generation methodology. - Build campaign calendars and content plans that align to each client's ICP and commercial objectives. - Manage campaign delivery and the internal team, ensuring campaigns go live on time and to spec. - Continuously test and iterate on messaging, creative, and targeting to improve conversion rates. - Ensure every campaign is trackable from the outset, with clear KPIs and attribution in place. - Sales Campaign Support: - Work directly with the sales team to ensure marketing campaigns generate the right quality and volume of leads. - Brief and collaborate with GTM Engineers to ensure campaigns and software are correctly set up. - Actively monitor pipeline health and flag where campaign support is needed to accelerate deal progression. - Client Management: - Act as the day-to-day point of contact for your portfolio of RCG’s clients. - Lead regular client check-ins, presenting campaign performance, insights, and next steps in a clear, commercial format. - Translate client objectives into campaign briefs, ensuring delivery is aligned with agreed scope and KPIs. - Proactively identify opportunities to expand or adjust campaigns based on results or changing client needs. - Manage client expectations with honesty and professionalism - flagging issues early and proposing solutions. Qualifications - B2B Campaign Management: Demonstrable experience planning and running multi-channel B2B outreach and demand generation campaigns, with a clear understanding of what drives the pipeline. - Sales and Marketing Alignment: Comfortable operating at the boundary of sales and marketing. You understand how campaigns feed pipeline and can work with internal teams to strategically improve conversion. - Client-Facing Communication: Strong personable written and verbal communication with the ability to present clearly to clients, manage expectations, and build trusted working relationships. - Agency Management: Experience briefing and managing external agencies or freelancers to get the best results. - GTM Tooling: Familiarity with CRMs, outreach and automation tools, and a willingness to learn new software. - Data-Driven Decision Making: You set KPIs before you start and report against them. You are comfortable pulling and interpreting campaign data to inform what to do next. - Copywriting: Ability to brief and quality-check copy produced by others. Ideal Profile You are a commercially minded campaign and marketing professional who takes ownership seriously. You understand that every campaign exists to create revenue, not noise. You are organised enough to manage multiple clients and campaigns simultaneously, but flexible enough to adapt when priorities shift. You are comfortable in a fast-moving, small-team environment where you will not always have all the answers but are expected to find them. You communicate proactively, flag problems early, and treat client relationships with care. You do not need someone to define every task for you. You are energised by variety, driven by results, and confident enough to push back when a brief is not clear or a strategy is not working. You bring a genuine interest in B2B sales and marketing - not as separate disciplines, but as a connected system that, when aligned, creates real business outcomes.
