• Lead with strategy, develop exceptional teams, and shape how Affirm grows and strengthens long-term merchant partnerships. • Set the vision and strategy for Account Management across a portfolio of large, complex merchant partners, aligning team priorities to company and commercial goals • Lead and develop a high-performing organization through team members, driving accountability, strategic alignment, and scalable execution across the portfolio • Drive portfolio performance across retention, growth, product adoption, operational health, and long-term partnership value • Navigate complex and ambiguous business challenges, balancing merchant needs, operational realities, and Affirm’s long-term strategic priorities • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders at strategic merchants and serve as a senior strategic partner on complex decisions, escalations, portfolio prioritization, and operational execution • Influence broader commercial strategy and organizational priorities through insights gathered from strategic merchant partnerships, portfolio trends, and market dynamics • Establish scalable operating models, business rhythms, and performance frameworks that improve organizational effectiveness and customer experience • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations leaders to deliver merchant and business outcomes at scale
Job Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, business development, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles
- Experience influencing organizational strategy, operating models, and cross-functional decision-making in multi-layered customer-facing organizations in high growth or complex environments
- Demonstrated ability to build alignment across cross-functional teams and navigate competing priorities with clarity and empathy
- Proven ability to shape strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive measurable business outcomes across large enterprise partnerships
- Strong business judgment and analytical thinking, with experience solving complex, undefined problems and making decisions with long-term impact
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, including experience engaging with executives, negotiating priorities, and influencing without direct authority
- Experience in fintech, payments, commerce, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries is preferred

• Lead Device Regulatory Affairs strategies for autoinjector, inhalation, and other delivery system development programs • Support the drug-led CMC Product Team on assigned products and be accountable for the delivery of all assigned regulatory activities • Lead technical content writing and review in autoinjector (other device)/integral combination product documentation including IND/CTA, original NDA/MAA, agency background packages, post-approval submissions/variations and responses to health authority questions per established business processes and systems • Identify, communicate, and escalate potential issues to Regulatory CMC Product Lead and Device Quality & Regulatory Affairs Leadership • Apply an understanding of regulatory affairs and apply this understanding to the benefit of the company to ensure approval, product launch, and maintenance of market supply of our human medicinal products worldwide
• Responsible for the financial and operations oversight of clinical delivery across a portfolio of studies. • Partner with Regional Heads within the Clinical Network to ensure appropriate resourcing and productivity levels within the portfolio of studies. • Ensures that assigned clinical staff understand and perform consistently according to defined operational, financial, and quality performance and process standards. • Maximize contribution margin across clinical delivery through strong financial stewardship and accountability across the portfolio of studies. • Uses established operational, financial and quality metrics and reporting dashboards to assess overall portfolio health and take action where necessary. • Participates in risk management activities across the assigned portfolio of studies. • Drives and supports and facilitates a learning organization. • Engages with leadership to help drive and implement initiatives which aim to improve performance of the business. • Helps to define and implement the company and department vision and strategy; translates this into key initiatives and priorities.
