Role Description We are growing internationally and are looking for a Solutions Architect to help us land this mission with every client, ensuring that our technology becomes a real, robust, and scalable solution. - Technical consulting: You will be the point of reference for the client's IT, HR and Operations team. You will guide them with our REST API and know how to manage technical expectations with assertiveness and judgment. - Functional Discovery: You will understand what really happens at the point of sale to anticipate risks before they affect deployment. - Quality Culture (QA): You will design rigorous testing plans. Your goal is for the step to production to be flawless and the incident rate to be minimal. - Stakeholder Management: You will work hand-in-hand with the Project Manager, maintaining strategic communication with high-level profiles and providing clear solutions in high-pressure environments. Qualifications - Experience: At least 3 - 5 years (or more) of experience as a Solutions Architect, technical consultant and Implementation architect in SaaS environments. If you also come from the world of Workforce Management (WFM), we will be thrilled. - Languages: You are comfortable working in Spanish, English, and Portuguese. It is essential for our international projects. - Willingness to travel: Flexibility to travel and adaptability to operate successfully in multicultural environments. - Ownership Mindset: You like things to go well, you pay attention to detail, and you take responsibility for the technical solution from end-to-end. - Business Vision: Ability to break down complex operational processes and translate them into efficient and scalable software configurations. - Critical Thinking: Analytical approach to anticipate technical needs before they become operational blockers. - Strategic Communication: Ability to manage high-level stakeholders, adapting the technical message to business objectives, managing expectations, and negotiating with solid fundamentals. - Crisis Management: Ability to maintain control and convey security to the client during critical onboarding phases or high-pressure situations.
