Senior DevOps Engineer

• Focuses on the operations and stability of a global IVR system, including deployments to AWS and on-premises environments • Assist with deployments, configurations, and release activities • Support IVR systems deployed across AWS and on-premises environments • Manage day-to-day operations of global IVR platforms • Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability • Respond to incidents and operational issues in a timely manner • Collaborate with engineers, architects, QA, and partners during releases and incidents • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, and voice-related issues • Assist in debugging IVR, Genesys, SIP, and call flow–related problems • Analyze logs and metrics to identify root causes and improvement opportunities • Participate in on-call, evening, or weekend support as required
Job Requirements
- Experience supporting production systems in a DevOps or operations role
- Strong working knowledge of cloud services (AWS)
- Strong hands-on experience with EC2, ECS/EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, IAM, VPC networking.
- Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments
- Experience with MySQL or similar relational databases
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) concepts and practices
- Ability to run network analysis tools such as Wireshark
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across technical teams
- Nice to have: Experience with Apache Tomcat and HTTP Server
- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk
- Experience with Genesys configuration and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of SIP and call center systems operations
- Prior experience supporting IVR or voice platforms
- Hands-on Genesys experience
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot Genesys IVR and SIP-related issues

The IT Infrastructure Engineer position is responsible for designing, building, deploying, securing, and maintaining the organization's digital network, handling hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software to ensure reliable, efficient connectivity, performance, and security. Design, deploy, and manage Microsoft Azure IaaS environments, including virtual machines, storage, virtual networks, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
