• Lead overall functional solution architecture for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations. • Define end-to-end business process designs aligned with SAP Best Practices and Fit-to-Standard principles. • Provide architectural oversight across Finance (FI/CO), Order-to-Cash (SD), and Procure-to-Pay (MM) processes. • Guide functional configuration activities using Central Business Configuration (CBC). • Ensure adherence to Clean Core strategy and Public Cloud extensibility models. • Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and support adoption of standard SAP capabilities. • Review and approve functional designs, configuration approaches, and test scenarios. • Support cutover planning, go-live strategy, and hypercare stabilization activities. • Mentor functional consultants and coordinate across multiple delivery workstreams. • Partner with project leadership on scope planning, delivery estimates, and risk management. • Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by translating business requirements into scalable SAP solutions. • Coordinate with SAP, system integrators, and third-party vendors when required. • Support transitions from implementation to AMS and long-term support models.

• Contribute to sprint goals as an active member of a cross-functional Scrum team delivering product increments • Design, develop, and maintain scalable front-end components using React (Next.js) and modern CSS frameworks • Build and integrate secure and efficient APIs and backend services using ASP.NET Core and C# • Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization • Ensure adherence to security, accessibility, and engineering best practices • Support continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and workflows • Collaborate with vendors and technical partners supporting augmentation or delivery initiatives • Contribute ideas that improve scalability, maintainability, and user experience across applications • Provide guidance and mentoring support to less experienced developers when needed

• Implement SLI/SLO frameworks with error budgets, driving data-informed reliability decisions across the platform • Design release strategies including blue/green deployments, canary releases, automatic rollback, and version tracking • Lead incident response, author post-mortems, and build automated runbooks that reduce MTTR • Develop internal tooling, automation frameworks, and self-service platforms in TypeScript/Python to improve developer productivity and operational efficiency • Write reliability-focused services: health checkers, auto-remediation controllers, capacity managers, deployment orchestrators, and chaos testing frameworks • Build and maintain production AWS infrastructure using IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), with focus on ECS, EKS/Kubernetes, and microservices orchestration • Build and maintain end-to-end CI/CD pipelines for backend services, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and IoT firmware across on-prem and AWS cloud environments • Define and enforce security policies: network segmentation, IAM, secrets management, encryption, compliance auditing, vulnerability management, and incident response • Build comprehensive observability with OpenTelemetry, distributed tracing, custom metrics exporters, and alerting across WebSocket connections, message delivery pipelines, and real-time communication services • Manage PostgreSQL (RDS), Redis/ElastiCache, SQS, S3, and NLB/ALB configurations including Elastic IPs for SIP/RTP traffic

• Design and enhance SAP Fiori applications aligned with SAP UX and Fiori design standards. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI concepts for SAP applications. • Improve usability and user experience for standard and custom Fiori apps. • Apply SAP Fiori 3 / SAP Horizon design principles consistently. • UI for BTP-based extensions and custom applications. • Work with developers on: SAPUI5 / Fiori Elements Side-by-side extensions on SAP BTP. • Ensure designs follow Clean Core and Public Cloud extensibility guidelines. • Review and guide UI consumption of OData services. • Collaborate with functional teams (FI, MM, SD) to translate business requirements into UI designs. • Design role-based Fiori launchpads and tiles. • Support Fiori app activation and catalog/group/space assignments. • Ensure compatibility with S/4HANA Public Cloud limitations. • Support UI testing, UAT, and defect resolution. • Validate UI behavior across devices and browsers. • Assist during go-live, hypercare, and enhancement phases. • Maintain UI documentation and design standards.
