• Provide effective and efficient handling of phone calls from or to Sanford Health members • Striving for excellence in understanding and resolving specific requests • Respond to customer questions via inbound and outbound calls • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction • Document interactions for accurate tracking and analysis • Promote the usage of self-service to callers • Provide end-user support including system issue resolution • Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum of one year experience in providing customer service
