• Process the payroll for assigned pay groups from start to finish • Oversee and participate in the review, verification, auditing and processing of payroll forms, records, and documents. • Reconcile all payrolls that were processed. • Review time records and work with the property to correct inaccuracies. • Ensuring wage and salary calculations are correct. • Conduct regular audits on payroll procedures and associate data. • Provide service and support to associates and property contacts related to payroll questions / issues. • Research system issues (UKG Pro and Workforce Management) for payroll errors • Audit assigned payrolls. • Stay current on state and federal payroll and tax laws.

• Work on the implementation, support, and enhancement of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll. • Configure calculation rules, compensation, benefits and payroll taxes/statutory contributions. • Perform functional analyses and propose improvements to payroll processes. • Work on integrations with Employee Central, Time Tracking and external systems. • Participate in testing, user acceptance (UAT) and post-implementation support. • Ensure legal and tax compliance of payroll processes.

• Join the EMEA Consulting team to help deploy Workday Payroll for the UK • Representing professional services, the lead payroll consultant is responsible for the end-to-end implementation • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, leading or supporting the deployment of single or multiple functional streams • Conduct product training and project ramp up on UK Payroll and complimentary products such as Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking • Work closely with other Consulting Teams on projects, including Data and Integration Consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration • Gather and understand Customer’s Business Requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts • Translate Customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing • Support the customer during testing, resolving test issues • Undertake final deployment activities, providing knowledge transfer and post-production support
