Payroll Territory Manager

Acrisure

• Responsible for prospecting new clients into our Payroll/HCM services realm • Maintain existing/prospective client records in CRM system; currently Atlas • Achieve minimum production requirements, including setting first time appointments • Continuously build and develop knowledge of product/service portfolio and industry developments • Attend weekly team meeting and one-on-one with leader • Responsible for training and coaching Payroll Client Advisors • Provide status updates to reporting PDM

Job Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older
  • Valid Driver’s License and valid automobile insurance
  • Successful completion of pre-employment background check
  • Must live in area relative to job posting location
  • At least two years of relevant experience
  • Excellent prospecting, communication, presentation, and networking skills
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • Incentive-driven sales “hunter”
  • Professional demeanor and impeccable integrity
  • High sense of urgency and innate sales talent
  • Enjoys cold-calling and speaking with people face to face
