• Join the EMEA Consulting team to help deploy Workday Payroll for the UK • Representing professional services, the lead payroll consultant is responsible for the end-to-end implementation • Act as a trusted advisor to the customer, leading or supporting the deployment of single or multiple functional streams • Conduct product training and project ramp up on UK Payroll and complimentary products such as Absence, Benefits, and Time Tracking • Work closely with other Consulting Teams on projects, including Data and Integration Consultants, to ensure seamless collaboration • Gather and understand Customer’s Business Requirements and demonstrate core Workday concepts • Translate Customer requirements into configured solutions and ensure detailed unit testing • Support the customer during testing, resolving test issues • Undertake final deployment activities, providing knowledge transfer and post-production support

Role Description Candidate will have a strong knowledge of the Oracle application and Payroll modules which are in use at the Home Office, alongside an ITIL mindset. Service Now is used to raise, track and solve incidents, and changes to Oracle are delivered via Jira and the Path to Live process. The team also supports with defects raised during the Quarterly Updates, and undertake impact assessments to review mandatory changes, to feed into the quarterly regression cycle. Qualifications - Functional experience and process knowledge of Oracle Payroll modules including UK Payroll, Time and Labour, Absence Management, Fast Formula - Configuration of Oracle Payroll Cloud modules and support the configuration of other Oracle Cloud applications listed above - Experience designing, implementing, and consulting on Oracle Cloud Payroll in a complex environment with multiple workstreams - Experience of Level 2 and 3 support - Experienced in Oracle Cloud Delivery and Support with ITIL methodology Company Description
