• Manage the Non-registrational Study Approval Process (NORSAP) for all therapeutic areas including coordinating the meetings, taking minutes, and follow up post meeting as required • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completeness of submissions to the NORSAP Committee • Ongoing management of approved Investigator Initiated Studies (IIS’s) including (but not limited to) contracting, drug supply, study tracking, and close out • Oversees and executes on the end to end US Independent Medical Education grants review and approval process including facilitation of Review Committee Process

• Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations within the Nigeria office, ensuring efficiency and structure • Supervise payroll processing and administrative functions to ensure compliance and accuracy • Lead and coordinate the existing local team, conducting regular meetings to track projects, priorities, and results • Provide hands-on operational support while ensuring alignment with company objectives • Oversee the build-out and infrastructure development of the office, including procurement of equipment and operational resources • Establish and implement processes to support scalable growth • Monitor performance metrics and operational effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement • Act as the key operational point of contact for leadership regarding regional activities • Support regional growth initiatives, including talent evaluation and potential signing processes

• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecast process through analysis and modeling including maintenance of existing tools and developing improved approaches • Own Digital Operations financial cadence, creating and managing content/analysis for Digital Capability and Enterprise leadership teams • Support sales analytics including standard reporting, predictive modeling, sales credit reporting and commission tracking. • Coordinate with and manage relationships with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit, Digital, and Enterprise objectives, including HR Business Partners, Resource Management, Recruiting, Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics teams • Review reports and analyses with Digital operations leadership and operations business partners. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions • Monitor and action various expense categories and internal budgets to ensure adherence to planned annual spend • Support month end close process by providing accurate and timely information to support decision making and provide actionable insights for Operations Business Partners • Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting or business support, as needed
