• Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly financial forecast process through analysis and modeling including maintenance of existing tools and developing improved approaches • Own Digital Operations financial cadence, creating and managing content/analysis for Digital Capability and Enterprise leadership teams • Support sales analytics including standard reporting, predictive modeling, sales credit reporting and commission tracking. • Coordinate with and manage relationships with Enterprise functions to achieve business unit, Digital, and Enterprise objectives, including HR Business Partners, Resource Management, Recruiting, Accounting, FP&A, and Analytics teams • Review reports and analyses with Digital operations leadership and operations business partners. Develop recommendations and follow through on action plans based upon discussions • Monitor and action various expense categories and internal budgets to ensure adherence to planned annual spend • Support month end close process by providing accurate and timely information to support decision making and provide actionable insights for Operations Business Partners • Perform various ad hoc financial analysis and reporting or business support, as needed

• Partner cross-functionally across our Support organization to devise and execute strategies to evolve our Support infrastructure and processes in service of our top-line mission • Support the Support business teams through scaled change management to effectively enable, launch, and scale new quality processes • Lead a team of high-performing program managers across multiple workstreams; this includes providing consistent coaching, setting vision and goals, holding the team to a high-bar, fostering a strong team culture, and leading hiring efforts when relevant • Own the quality business outcomes and metrics associated with Support Ops processes including operational efficiency and user experience • Transmit and foster our values, serving as a beacon of Stripe’s user-centric philosophy and culture of transparency, empathy, inclusion, and empowerment

• Help lead the visual direction and design execution for key internal and external events: booths, summits, meetups, product launches, and more • Concept and create assets across physical and digital formats: signage, backdrops, swag, motion, slides, social content, and promos • Collaborate closely with event producers, marketing, and design peers to align messaging and creative vision • Translate technical ideas and themes into powerful visual stories • Develop illustration and motion styles that elevate the brand and set the tone for each event • Ensure consistency with ClickHouse brand guidelines while evolving the aesthetic for high-impact moments • Work across time zones and teams—collaborating with marketers, engineers, writers, and execs • Manage timelines, feedback, and delivery in coordination with design ops and project partners • Occasionally travel for major events to oversee execution and capture real-world visuals
