• Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies. • Lead full-cycle recruiting for critical and hard-to-fill roles ensuring candidate quality, screening rigor, and execution accuracy throughout the hiring process. • Source, assess, and engage top talent. • Advise hiring managers throughout the selection process. • Use recruiting data to improve outcomes and processes.

• Support Regional Operations by handling dual functions as both a frontline supervisor and a lead field technician. • Organizing, coordinating, and planning operational efforts for your team. • Partner with internal teams and serve as the point person for field issues, collaborating with Project Manager, Operations Managers, and Clients. • Drive quality, safety, and development with a great attitude and experience in the field. • Provide technical expertise and ensure schedules and deliverables are met. • Assist with onboarding, performance coaching, and skills development for the team.
