• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud PLM and F4PLM implementations from discovery through go-live and hypercare. • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and lead steering committee meetings. • Own solution design, project delivery, scope, quality, budget, and client satisfaction. • Lead presales activities, including demonstrations, discovery workshops, estimates, and solution proposals. • Guide clients on Oracle Cloud PLM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Redwood UI, integrations, and data migration strategies. • Mentor senior consultants, establish delivery best practices, and contribute to the continued growth of our consulting practice. • Identify opportunities to expand client value through additional Oracle Cloud solutions and services.
Job Requirements
- 8+ years of IT consulting experience with ownership of complex enterprise implementations.
- Extensive experience delivering Oracle Cloud PLM and/or F4PLM solutions through multiple full lifecycle implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP/SCM, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP integrations, and enterprise solution architecture.
- Proven ability to engage confidently with executive stakeholders and lead strategic client discussions.
- Experience mentoring consulting teams and driving delivery excellence.
- Deep understanding of the food and beverage industry, including product development, quality, compliance, and traceability.
