• Editar vídeos para campanhas de tráfego, redes sociais e anúncios, com foco em retenção, conversão e performance. • Produzir vídeos institucionais, chamadas, vinhetas e conteúdos para plataformas digitais. • Desenvolver materiais audiovisuais para eventos presenciais: aberturas, painéis de LED, vídeos de ambientação, ativações de marca, animações e transições. • Trabalhar com ferramentas de IA para geração de vídeo (Kling, VEO, Runway, Pika) de forma estratégica e criativa. • Adaptar peças estáticas do time de design para motion — banners, identidades visuais e layouts em animações coerentes e fluidas. • Criar versões rápidas no Canva para comunicações internas, ajustes urgentes e entregas de baixa complexidade. • Exportar em diferentes formatos conforme a necessidade: redes sociais, mídia paga, painéis de LED, apresentações e portais.

• Create, adapt and finalize graphic assets for corporate events, social media, presentations, advertisements, and institutional materials • Produce visual identity materials for conferences: banners, totems, LED panels, badges, backdrops, and signage • Apply and maintain brand consistency for event brands and Blueprintt across different formats, digital and print • Prepare files for print with attention to bleed, safety margins, color settings and calibration • Collaborate with branding, marketing and video teams to align campaigns and visual concepts • Keep files organized in Figma, with standardized versioning and naming conventions

• Administration and technical configuration of HubSpot (properties, objects, pipelines, permissions, and automations) • CRM management and data quality optimization • Analysis of leads and sales performance • Creation of dashboards and reports • Identification of bottlenecks in the sales funnel
