• Manually test websites and landing pages after product launches or updates • Click through pages, links, buttons, forms, and checkout flows • Validate page layouts, spacing, fonts, and visuals across devices • Ensure content displays correctly on desktop, tablet, and mobile • Identify visual issues, broken elements, missing content, or incorrect behavior • Take clear screenshots and screen recordings of issues • Write clear, concise descriptions of what’s wrong and how to reproduce it • Organize and track issues in shared documents or task tools • Test pages from a customer’s perspective • Confirm navigation is intuitive and consistent • Check that CTAs, pricing, and product information are accurate • Validate forms, sign-ups, and basic functionality • Re-test previously fixed issues to confirm they are resolved • Ensure new changes do not break existing pages or features

• Develop comprehensive test strategies in partnership with developers, analysts, enabling teams, and process experts • Facilitate the creation of detailed test plans and test cases • Ensure all test data and supporting information are ready for execution • Drive day-to-day test progress • Coordinate and manage the defect lifecycle, ensuring prompt resolution and verification of fixes • Prepare test reports and dashboards, offering quality insights • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve testing standards and practices • Partner closely with Automation Specialists by providing manual test scripts, test data, and other relevant assets to support automated testing initiatives.

• You'll own the top of the funnel: outbound, qualification, and getting leads to sit down for a conversation. • Phase one: Get individual Automation QAs to try the product, aiming for fast adoption and no procurement. • Once we hit 20+ weekly users, we’ll move on to phase two, where we’ll shift the focus to B2B – qualified meetings with QA Leads and Engineering Managers. • Build targeted lists: Automation QAs at companies with web products and Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium in their stack. • Run outbound sequences (LinkedIn is the baseline, but you decide the channels). A/B test weekly. • Design qualification gates (forms and scoring) to filter leads before the founder calls. • Reach 20+ weekly active users after month one – ICP-qualified and giving direct feedback to engineering. • Document what works into a repeatable playbook.

• Lead quality and regression strategy for Asset Manager. • Validate discovery pipelines, data normalization logic, cloud and network integrations, and backend accuracy at scale. • Build automation that verifies correctness of asset ingestion, transformation, and reporting across dynamic environments. • Operate as a technical quality owner within a critical cybersecurity product.
