Defense Integrated Master Scheduler
Guidehouse
• Join a high-performing project management team supporting U.S. Air Force acquisition and sustainment programs. • Develop, maintain, and update Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for various projects within the program. • Work closely with the Program Manager and Project Managers to identify project tasks, milestones, dependencies, and timelines. • Monitor project progress and performance against the IMS, identifying potential risks, delays, and issues. • Conduct regular schedule reviews and status meetings with cross-functional project teams to track progress and address scheduling concerns. • Conduct critical path analyses and schedule health and probabilistic risk assessments. • Prepare and present schedule status reports, updates, and forecasts to the Program Manager and other stakeholders. • Utilize scheduling software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen) to develop, manage, and analyze project schedules. • Identify and implement schedule management best practices and process improvements. • Comply with defense acquisition scheduling policies, standards, and guidelines.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of clearance prior to onboarding with Guidehouse.
- Bachelor's degree; Associate's degree and FOUR (4) years of work experience may be used in lieu of Bachelor's
- THREE (3) years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within defense acquisition environment
- Strong knowledge of defense acquisition scheduling methodologies, tools, and best practices
- Proficiency in scheduling software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Open Plan, Primavera, Acumen)
