Role Description We are currently recruiting for a Senior Document Controller. Our team includes world class experts and dynamic go-getters. This is a full-time position based in Vancouver, British Columbia. - Work on multiple projects independent of document control supervision. - Process engineering and vendor docs. Qualifications - Minimum of 8 years Document Control experience. - Aconex, BIM360, Bluebeam, SharePoint experience would be an asset. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite. - Proficiency in electronic Document/Data Management Systems. - General understanding of engineering, procurement, and construction activities with respect to document management and control would be an asset. - Ability to work collaboratively while working remotely. - Knowledge and experience in all areas of document/data management, including identification, creation, use, retrieval, access, retention, turnover. Requirements - Bachelor's degree required. Benefits - For applicants based in the province of British Columbia, the salary range is CAD $77K to $92K. - Variation in salary is determined by factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, relevant years of experience, geographic location, internal pay equity, and prevailing market conditions for the specific role.
