Business Development Representative
Absolute Security
• Generate and qualify leads, identifying prospects genuinely interested in our cybersecurity solutions • Prioritize and research prospects, understanding their current IT situation, challenges, and needs • Engage prospective clients via phone, email, and social media (LinkedIn) to convey Absolute’s unique value propositions • Schedule qualified meetings for Sales through cold calling and strategic outreach, converting them into pipeline opportunities • Build and prioritize strategic account lists within a defined segment • Foster alignment and positive partnerships with internal Field Sales and Marketing teams • Participate in virtual and/or in-person events as needed • Utilize our CRM system (Salesforce) to log activity and lead conversion data for business transparency
Job Requirements
- Portuguese language and English proficiency essential
- Resilience and a fearless approach to challenges
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers, prospects, and team members
- Previous sales experience (1-3 years preferred) with a proven track record of consistently opening qualified opportunities that lead to revenue
- Experience in B2B lead generation, ideally within the cybersecurity space, is a bonus but not essential
