Speech Language Pathologist

Role Description This is a remote, school-based Speech-Language Pathologist role, supporting students across K–12 school settings. You’ll work in coordination with school teams and families, supported by clear workflows, structured onboarding, and dedicated internal support. Qualifications - Active Georgia SLP license - CCC-SLP preferred - Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum experience preferred) - Comfortable using technology for virtual service delivery, including online platforms and documentation systems - Reliable internet connection and access to appropriate technology for virtual service delivery Requirements - Availability required: Thursdays and Fridays, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM ET schedule with a 30-minute unpaid lunch - Session schedule aligned with student availability; clinicians will have access to student class schedules - Structured caseloads and scheduling support Benefits - Compensation: $375–$435 per day worked based on experience - Per diem compensation is paid for days worked and is aligned with the school calendar - Paid training ($20/hour), including HR onboarding, platform training, and school-specific training - Clear expectations – Defined workflows and documentation standards - Dedicated support – You’ll have both a school-based point of contact and a dedicated HelloHero manager for ongoing communication and support - Peer support – Access to internal, discipline-specific chat channels for real-time collaboration, questions, and shared resources - Fair compensation – Designed to reflect the full scope of your work, not just time in session - Integrated workflows – Work directly within school-based systems and processes with structured support from both the district and HelloHero teams - Efficient scheduling support – Structured caseloads and coordination with school teams
