Job Description

LATAM Delivery Lead

Clutch

• Communicate Clearly: Projects get done well when the team is working together and communicating well. You set the tone. • Creating a Common Goal: Whether it’s project scope, budget, or timeline–you get everyone on the same page. • Driving Success: You understand that when acceptance criteria and project objectives are clearly defined, the project gets where it needs to be. • Role Ownership: You’re comfortable acting as the team leader of a project; working with minimal oversight and direction. • Creating Relationships: You’re ready to set up a steady stream of communication between you and your clients. You can anticipate their needs. • Creating Accountability: For your client and for your team–everyone knows what needs to be done and when. • Vision Sharing & Knowledge Transfer: No two projects are alike. We want you to teach us what you learn from each one, so we can all get better together.

Job Requirements

  • You’re a professional planner. 3+ years experience in project management is best, but experience is commensurate with skill so we know it’s not always black and white?
  • You’re an Agile planner. We work in Agile (Kanban and Scrum) development cycles. To hit the ground running you should be familiar with these methodologies.
  • You have an attitude for others. You have a collaborative and caring attitude with clients. You view their success as your success.
  • You excel at risk management. Your plans excel at resolving risk. Milestones, status updates, and roadmaps are your favorite kinds of documents.
  • You’re tech savvy. You have experience planning projects for business-to-business software and custom applications.
  • Stories and acceptance. You craft clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria. You test them just as well.
  • You talk good. Did you notice that terrible sentence? Your excellent written and verbal communication skills are exactly what we need.

Benefits

  • A stable, full-time role. We’ve been building digital products for 25 years. This is a full-time employment opportunity in your country—offering paid time off, local holidays, and country-specific perks.
  • Work/life balance that’s real. We believe work should support your life, not take it over. That’s why we promote a true work/life balance and encourage a 40-hour work week—no more.
  • A culture worth joining. Praxent has been recognized by Best Places to Work in Fintech, Clutch, and Comparably for workplace excellence. Don’t just take our word for it—check out our Glassdoor reviews to hear directly from our team.
  • Support without micromanagement. Your career is yours to grow. We’re here to guide, unblock, and champion you—not hover over your shoulder.
  • Your voice matters. Got an idea? A different perspective? We want to hear it. Our team is built on openness, curiosity, and shared ownership.
  • Time to recharge. You’ll receive paid time off and holidays based on your country’s standards because we believe work-life balance makes better people and better teams.
  • Local perks, global standards. You’ll receive country-specific benefits that reflect where you live—often including bonus pay, local protections, and perks that matter to you. We’ll walk you through all the details when we connect.
  • We invest in your growth. Whether it’s an online course, a tech conference, or a certification you’ve been eyeing—we cover the cost of ongoing learning. We want you to keep growing with us.
  • People-first always. At Praxent, you’re not a number. You’re a person. We lead with kindness, respect, and empathy—because work should feel like a place where you belong.
