Role Description Dykema Gossett, PLLC is recruiting for an experienced Conflicts Coordinator to perform conflict-of-interest searches in the Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches, and updates. The Conflicts Coordinator will perform conflict of interest checks and make preliminary reviews of the results for lateral hires. Additionally, the Conflicts Coordinator will monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure the accuracy of data maintained in the system. This position is fully remote and open to all office locations. Qualifications - Minimum two (2) years of work-related experience in law firm conflicts and/or new business department required. - Prior experience utilizing automated conflicts and/or workflow system preferred. - Knowledge of Intapp Open is a plus. - Minimum two (2) years of general record keeping and/or filing experience required. - Background in corporate research or library-related work is a plus. Requirements - Performs conflict-of-interest searches on the software systems provided for all new clients/matters, internal hires, internal searches, and updates. - Performs corporate family research. - Maintains appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant. - Maintains search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches. - Performs other basic clerical duties as required. Maintains calendars and files, schedules meetings and depositions, and anticipates client needs. The AA will have strong litigation experience, knowledge of court procedures, great organizational and proofreading skills, and the ability to manage multiple matters with competing deadlines. The AA will work with exceptional attorneys and legal professionals in a supportive environment, within a well-respected firm. Candidates will have the opportunity to work on a hybrid basis in our Milwaukee office. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Provides day-to-day support of attorneys and paralegals in the preparation, recording, filing (both electronic and non-electronic) and transmittal of litigation, corporate, and other legal documents with various courts. - Communicate professionally with internal and external clients, courts, and opposing counsel. - Exercises independent judgment in determining priority levels of all work assigned on a daily basis. Assures that high priority items are completed in a timely manner. - Confidently and accurately e-file in state and federal courts. - Open new matters, run conflicts checks and set up engagement letters. - Manage calendars, court deadlines, depositions, mediations, and trial logistics. Make and prepare travel arrangements and itineraries. Gather and provide pertinent materials from files, Records Department and Legal Information Services. - Manage full file lifecycle of client digital and hard files, working with Records Department as needed. - Use document management and workflow systems to manage work volume efficiently and to assist other Administrative Assistants. - Enter and/or release attorneys’ time, if required. Maintain list of all current billing numbers for assigned timekeepers. - Prepare and submit expense reports. - Manage incoming (not marked personal and confidential) and outgoing mail and emails, coordinating mailings with Office Services, as needed. - Answers and screens telephone calls. Assists callers independently on a regular basis. - Assists other administrative assistants with work overflow. - Perform other responsibilities/tasks as requested. - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED - Two or more years of litigation practice experience in a mid-size law firm. The Technology Training Manager works with department leadership to drive the firm’s technology learning and adoption strategy, aligning training initiatives with firm priorities and ensuring attorneys and administrative professionals can effectively use the firm’s applications and systems. This position manages a team responsible for the design, delivery, and ongoing improvement of onboarding programs, eLearning modules, live training sessions, and quick-reference materials. In addition to overseeing enterprise training programs, the Technology Training Manager serves as the firm’s leader for technology adoption initiatives. This role directly manages trainers, maintains the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensures training aligns with support trends, user feedback, and business needs.
