• Perform conflict-of-interest searches in Intapp Open database and other required sources for all new clients/matters, internal searches and updates • Perform conflict of interest checks and makes preliminary review of the results for lateral hires • Monitor the integrity of the system’s operations and ensure accuracy of data maintained in the system • Perform corporate family research • Maintain appropriate data in Intapp Open and Aderant • Maintain search logs for Intapp Open conflict searches • Perform other basic clerical duties as required

• Facilitate the management of global talent needs through the global mobility program. • Own individual work authorization, immigration, and relocation cases end-to-end. • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations. • Manage immigration and visa sponsorship cases using Envoy. • Coordinate relocations with PerchPeek ensuring they are on schedule and budget. • Maintain compliance across jurisdictions for global mobility programs. • Design and improve work authorization and relocation policies. • Shape visa sponsorship strategy with business leaders.

• Manage and execute tasks in line with company SOPs and agreed regulatory standards. • Accurate record keeping of all tasks (real-time updates to applicable trackers and maintenance of high-volume emails/site communications). • Able to follow study changes, re-prioritize assignments based on study needs, and work independently. • Responsible for mentoring junior study team members and overseeing their work output. • Support activities of Rater Services Managers with minimal oversight on assigned tasks. • Act as primary point of contact for sites/raters/CRO from study start-up through close-out. • Drive activities and ensures timely delivery of project tasks leading to the completion of client deliverables. • Direct communication with site level staff to provide operational support throughout the study lifecycle. • Management and delivery of phase I-III clinical trials. • Effectively manages, tracks, and communicates key project deliverables in a proactive manner to the study PM or sponsor or Rater Training Lead. • Assumes a Rater Training Lead role for small to medium size studies. • Coordinate consultant (LEAD) communications and scheduling.

• Convert a high volume of inbound leads across DSCR, RTL/Fix-and-Flip, and consumer mortgage products • Qualify borrowers, structure deals, and guide clients to the best loan solutions • Collect documentation and submit clean, well-structured files to processing/underwriting • Manage a fast-moving pipeline with strong speed-to-lead, follow-up, and conversion discipline • Consistently hit monthly production and conversion targets • Partner cross-functionally with processing, underwriting, and capital markets to drive deals to funding • Provide feedback to improve turn times, workflows, and borrower experience • Contribute to building best-in-class investor lending programs
