Role Description Interra International is looking for a driven, commercially minded sales professional to join its Proteins team based in Colombia. You'll own the full deal cycle — from originating opportunities and building customer relationships to managing contracts and ensuring flawless execution. If you're energized by global markets, motivated by results, and ready to grow your career with an international food trading company, we want to hear from you. - Originate and structure deals, developing customer acquisition strategies and creating contracts from the ground up - Enter and manage orders and contracts in Interra's trade management system with accuracy - Manage contract integrity — ensuring all terms are met and discrepancies are resolved promptly - Monitor trade costs on all orders to protect profitability - Track KPIs and report on performance metrics to support business decisions - Take commercial positions when needed, with proper approval, to capture market opportunities - Travel occasionally (up to 25%) to build and strengthen client relationships - Collaborate cross-functionally and adapt to evolving business priorities Qualifications - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - At least one year of experience in sales or procurement - Fluent in Spanish and English - Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with multiple software platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Intellectual curiosity and a great attitude - Valid passport or ability to obtain one
