Role Description My client is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join their conveyancing team. This is an opportunity to play a key role in helping buyers, sellers, and remortgages navigate the conveyancing process, while driving new business and contributing to the firm's continued growth. You will be responsible for: - Converting warm inbound and outbound leads, helping potential clients understand my client’s service provision. - Making outbound calls to people in the home-buying journey, building rapport with them and understanding which stage they are at. - Identifying needs and converting them into instructed clients. - Developing your own pipeline, working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Qualifications - Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach. - Confident on the phone and able to build rapport quickly with a wide range of people. - Sales background with a proven ability to convert leads using a consultative approach. - Previous experience in conveyancing, estate agency, sales progression, or business development. - Organised, collaborative, and keen to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Requirements - £25,000 per annum basic, with an OTE of £50,000 per annum in the first year. - Private medical insurance. - 29 days annual leave + Bank Holidays. - Remote working set up support. Role Description The Principal Sales Training Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering and evaluating comprehensive sales training programs that enable the success of the field sales organization.
