Role Description Join a growing business in the financial planning and wealth management industry, supporting multiple advisors across a diverse client portfolio. This role is a high-impact, execution-focused Client Services Officer (CSO) position—responsible for handling the operational side of advice delivery, ensuring client data, systems, and workflows are accurate and up to date. You’ll work across a shared model supporting multiple advisors and approximately 300+ clients, primarily using platforms like My Prosperity and Advisor Logic. This is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in an environment with evolving processes—where you’re expected to take ownership and figure things out, not wait for instructions.
