Role Description The HCM ICF Lead manages a team of 7 support analysts, who support an Oracle Cloud HCM & Payroll application. The HCM Lead has a strong knowledge of the Oracle application and HCM modules, alongside an ITIL mindset. The lead also works alongside other functional and technical leads who form part of the wider team, to help support, maintain and enhance live service. - ServiceNow is used to raise, track and solve incidents. - Changes to Oracle are delivered via Jira and the Path to Live process. - The team supports defects raised during Quarterly Updates. - Undertakes impact assessments of mandatory changes to feed into the quarterly regression cycle. - A eye for innovation is desired, so that any new relevant features can be mapped to the roadmap. Qualifications - Functional experience and process experience knowledge of Oracle HCM modules including HCM Core, Talent Management, Learn Cloud, UK Payroll, Absence Management. - Ability to manage multiple work streams including Incident Management, Path to Live Quarterly Updates, Impact Assessment and Post Cloning. - Management experience in order to manage a team of Oracle HCM and Payroll team members in order to support Oracle Fusion HCM. - Experience of Level 2 and 3 support. - Experienced in Oracle Cloud Delivery and Support with ITIL methodology.
