Customer Quality Technical Project Lead
Ball Corporation
• Plan, coordinate, and track Customer Technical Service (CTS)-related projects, including new product launches, technical improvements, and customer initiatives. • Serve as a primary coordination contact for customers on assigned projects; maintain communication, and provide status updates. • Organize and support filling line trials and field testing at customer sites, including logistics, data collection, and follow-up reporting. • Track project risks, quality concerns, and customer issues; coordinate resolution efforts. • Facilitate collaboration across Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors’ degree in Business, Project Management, or other related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, quality, technical support, operations/production/manufacturing roles.
- Experienced in cross-functional team collaboration in a manufacturing or customer-facing environment.
- Strong project organization and coordination skills with baseline knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capability.
- Quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Data tracking and reporting tools.
