Role Description The Senior Functional Business Analyst – SAP FI/CO will serve as a key link between Global IT and the Business, driving the identification, design, and delivery of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. This role supports strategic projects, AMS activities, continuous improvement initiatives, and global template governance. The analyst will be responsible for SAP configuration, financial process design, functional specifications, and cross-team collaboration throughout the full project lifecycle. - Act as the functional lead for SAP FI (Financial Accounting) and SAP CO (Controlling), ensuring seamless integration with upstream and downstream modules such as MM, SD, PP, and PS. - Support end-to-end Account-to-Report (A2R) processes, including: - General Ledger - Accounts Payable - Accounts Receivable - Bank Reconciliation - Asset Accounting - Cost Center Accounting - Internal Orders - Projects - Product Costing - Profitability Analysis (COPA) - Partner with business stakeholders to translate financial and controlling requirements into optimized SAP solutions. - Perform SAP system configuration, integration testing, and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Prepare key documentation including: - Functional specifications - Solution proposals - Test scripts - Training materials - Process documentation - Support all phases of projects—from requirements gathering through go-live, hypercare, and knowledge transfer to end users. - Ensure compliance with global design principles, internal controls, audit requirements, and change management processes. You will ensure all plants follow the standard process defined by the Director, Technical Training and the Talent Development Community of Excellence (COE). Benefits - Expected Hiring Salary Range: $98,900 - $141,330 (Salary to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.) - This role will be eligible to participate in the annual incentive compensation plan. - This position is eligible to be REMOTE in the U.S., with a home base within a 50-mile radius of a major airport, due to travel (up to 30%) requirements.
