• Du integrierst Luna technisch in die Infrastruktur jeder neuen Arztpraxis und sorgst dafür, dass unsere KI-Rezeptionistin vom ersten Tag an reibungslos funktioniert. • Du analysierst die bestehende Telefoninfrastruktur und das Praxisverwaltungssystem jeder Praxis und planst die technische Integration von Luna • Du richtest Telefonweiterleitungen, SIP-Verbindungen und Anbindungen an gängige Praxissysteme (z. B. Ivoris und charly by solution) ein • Du begleitest Praxen durch den gesamten technischen Onboarding-Prozess – von der Erstanalyse bis zur erfolgreichen Aktivierung • Du koordinierst mehrere parallele Onboarding-Projekte und priorisierst effizient nach Dringlichkeit und Komplexität • Du bist erste technische Ansprechperson für Praxisteams während des Onboardings und kommunizierst klar und lösungsorientiert auch mit nicht-technischen Gesprächspartnern • Du dokumentierst Integrationsschritte, Praxiskonfigurationen und technische Besonderheiten strukturiert in unserem System • Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Forward Deployed Engineers zusammen und eskalierst spezifische Anforderungen gezielt • Du identifizierst wiederkehrende Integrationshürden und bringst aktiv Verbesserungsvorschläge für unsere Onboarding-Prozesse ein
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Systemintegration oder eine vergleichbare technische Qualifikation
- Tüftler-Mentalität: Du liebst es, technische Herausforderungen zu durchdringen, findest pragmatische Lösungen und gibst nicht auf, bis alles sauber läuft
- Erfahrung in der Integration von Software- oder Telefoniesystemen (VoIP/SIP)
- Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten: Du jonglierst mehrere parallele Onboardings gleichzeitig und behältst dabei stets den Überblick
- Klare, geduldige und empathische Kommunikation – du erklärst technische Sachverhalte verständlich auch für nicht-technische Kunden
- Durchhaltevermögen und eine lösungsorientierte Haltung, auch wenn Integrationen komplex werden oder Rückschläge entstehen

Role Description As a Technology Project Manager, you will lead projects and programs from initiation to successful release. You will work with Technical Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineering, and key business stakeholders and leaders to create an execution plan, actively manage a project timeline, achieve key milestones, define and report on project KPIs, and support release to production. Your role is critical to the timely rollout of releases to production and to ensure the project execution process operates smoothly. The Technology Project Manager works under the guidance of the Technical Program Management Office (PMO), and works in close collaboration with Business Partners, Technical Product Management, Data Science, Engineering, Operations, and other team members who are responsible for the technical delivery of the technical product capabilities. You will enjoy the flexibility to telecommute* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
