Job Requirements
- Experience in managing teams of instructional designers
- Knowledge in designing and developing learning experiences including ILT, vILT, eLearning, etc.
- Ability to scope, assign, and oversee instructional design projects
- Proven track record of innovative approaches to learning solutions
- Familiarity with learning technology trends and data evaluation for effectiveness
