Role Description The Principal Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst FCC is responsible for defining, implementing and continuously improving policies, processes and procedures that deliver consistent and reliable products and services to business and customers. This role creates, executes and documents the tests necessary to ensure that application and technical environment meets performance requirements and freedom from defects. The Principal QA Analyst ensures that quality standards are met and adhered to by using their knowledge and quality assurance methods, tools and techniques. The role will resolve, document, and report to management quality problems that arise and assure projects meet quality standards by planning, designing and executing testing and developing procedures relating to product quality within multiple projects or a single complex project. What You Will Do - Design, document, and execute test cases for functional, regression, system integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) - Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using multiple automation frameworks - Conduct exploratory and ad-hoc testing for new features and releases - Contribute to the continuous improvement of the automated testing framework - Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions) - Automate API test cases and validate data consistency across systems - Design and execute test cases for RESTful and SOAP APIs - Identify, log, and track software defects using Jira and Zephyr - Participate in defect triage meetings and support root cause analysis - Work closely with development teams in Agile/Scrum environments - Provide clear and concise test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders - Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and demos - Promote QA best practices and participate in process improvement initiatives - Stay current with industry trends, emerging tools, and testing methodologies Qualifications - 5 Years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a combination of manual and automated testing. - 5+ years of hands-on experience using one or more test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress etc) - 3+ year of experience in API testing (manual and automated) - Experience with test management tools (TestRail, Zephyr). - Proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Java. - Familiarity with version control systems preferably GitHub. - Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation. - 3 Years of industry experience in the Financial Services or Wealth Management - Experience with Broadridge Dataphile would be an asset - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in scrum/Agile and understands business requirements or user stories - Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies in Agile. - Multi-tasker, ability to manage multiple deliverables at once. - Strong relationship builder - developers, BSAs, SMEs, Scrum Masters and PMs. Nice to Have - Experience in performance testing (JMeter or k6) - Experience in Behavior Driven Development (BDD) using Cucumber or similar tools - Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture Education - University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience - ISTQB certification would be an asset Benefits - Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation (base salary plus target bonus) ranges from 107,000 to 124,000 based on your experience and qualifications. - RRSP Contribution: After 6 months of employment, we invest in your future with an RRSP contribution—no employee matching required. - Flexible working arrangements - 100% remote, hybrid, and in office options - Comprehensive health benefits that start on your first day, with 100% employer-paid premiums, that include up to $5000 annually for mental health services and therapy - Parental leave top-up to 100% of your salary for a period of 25 weeks - Up to $650 for home office equipment - Generous time off policy, including 2 paid days annually to volunteer at a charity of your choice - Diversity and inclusion programs, including an active network of Employee Resource Groups - Extensive professional development opportunities, including access to over 11,000 training and development courses, tuition reimbursement, and monetary rewards for completing a required designation

As a Principal - Nuclear Safety Management System Assurance, you will provide technical leadership in the development, implementation and continual improvement of Nuclear Safety Management Systems (NSMS) for complex and highly regulated environments. Acting as a subject matter expert, you will ensure governance frameworks, policies, processes and assurance methodologies are robust, regulator-ready and aligned with nuclear industry best practice. Working closely with multidisciplinary teams and senior stakeholders, you will play a critical role in embedding nuclear safety principles, governance excellence and organisational resilience across major programmes. This role is based in Adelaide. Suitability qualified personnel will be relocated. How you'll make a difference: - Lead the development and maintenance of Nuclear Safety Management System documentation, including policies, frameworks, processes and technical standards. - Ensure NSMS artefacts align with regulatory requirements, industry standards and international nuclear safety frameworks. - Develop governance structures, accountability frameworks and assurance methodologies that support effective nuclear oversight. - Provide technical leadership on nuclear safety culture initiatives, compliance programmes and continuous improvement activities. - Support audit readiness, regulatory engagement and the development of compliance verification and assurance tools. - Review and assure the quality, consistency and technical integrity of governance and safety management documentation. - Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, operations, quality, risk and programme teams to drive governance excellence.
