• Support the planning, design and execution of system testing on simple to complex implementations • Communicate effectively with the development team, requirement team, and business units to write, execute and validate test cases based upon system requirements • Work collaboratively within high performance multi-functional teams in an Agile environment to ensure overall software quality throughout the Software Development Lifecycle • Develop test plans, test cases, test scripts and test reports for an online web application based on business requirements • Implement and maintain automated tests triggering through the current continuous integration/continuous delivery tool • Work with functional teams to analyze and identify automation test cases • Participate in both the current state and future state of test planning and execution including functional, integration, and regression testing • Collaborate with SCRUM teams to incorporate the effective creation of test cases and plans in each sprint cycle

• Prioritize and manage program deliverables by implementing guideline development processes • Review and edit documents for completeness, adherence to methods and program scope • Perform systematic literature searches and educate committee members on methodology • Document and report unintended variation or inconsistent quality for potential process improvements.

• Leading the function and growing the Group Account Billing program, focusing on expanding its value proposition, increasing adoption among radiology practices, and improving operational effectiveness • Responsible for all aspects of group billing operations, including maintaining facility rosters, coordinating annual invoicing, processing and tracking payments, and monitoring participation trends • Identify and implement opportunities to enhance and scale the program, including process redesign, automation, and improved reporting/insights • Analyze group account data to uncover trends, possible gaps, and opportunities for increased engagement and revenue growth • Partner with cross-functional teams (IT, Member Services, Marketing, etc.) to improve system integrations (e.g., Salesforce/Nimble) and optimize the end-to-end group billing experience • Provide continuous, targeted customer support related to billing, account management, and product usage, ensuring a high-quality experience for group accounts • Respond to customer inquiries through phone and Freshdesk in alignment with team standards • Process member payments and support payment-related activities with accuracy and timeliness • Assist with the processing of membership applications, including time-sensitive Members-in-Training (MIT) submissions, and collaborate on workflow improvements • Maintain, audit, and cleanse customer and membership data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems

• Coordinates and manages meeting and tradeshow logistics • Execution of face-to-face and virtual meetings • On-site meeting management, collaborate with outside vendors, and hotel staff to facilitate effective teamwork • Manage the end to end abstract and ePoster submission process for annual meeting • Oversees RFP, site selection and contract negotiation process • Manage housing process by working directly with the hotel(s) to create master room list, monitor pick up reports, pace reports and rooming lists • Maintain budget awareness and execute within set parameters • Delivers phone-based customer support while contributing to the team that managed the call queue

• Partner with research site staff to streamline and support activation, accrual, ongoing operations, and close-out activities for assigned clinical research studies. • Draft and refine essential clinical study documents, including project plans, protocols, informed consent forms (ICFs), and site-facing operational resources. • Generate and manage concept documents for IRBs, imaging oversight committees, grant applications, and business proposals. • Lead protocol team operations by managing regular calls, distributing action-oriented minutes, coordinating protocol amendments, and facilitating site educational sessions. • Manage and track all assigned project deliverables, providing regular metrics and progress reports to leadership and external stakeholders. • Guarantee that all study activities and documentation strictly adhere to Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).

Role Description The ACR seeks a Team Lead to provide Data Management leadership to the ACR study initiatives across the College. - Provides vision, leadership, and mentoring to a team of Data Management professionals; - Oversees and leads review of protocols and coordinates study start-up and active study management activities for trials; - Identifies and develops case report forms, program edit checks, and web logic specifications; - Drives innovation by integrating AI/ML capabilities into standard quality control processes; - Manages research protocols to include performing case-level reviews, queries, quality control review checks, and database lock activities. • Work with the team to maintain, update, and migrate Tableau reports from on-premise systems to AWS. • Build and enhance Tableau dashboards and reports using multiple data sources, including cross-database joins and data blending. • Use Python within Tableau to experiment with advanced statistical formulas and improve visualizations. • Support data migration efforts, Tableau integrations, and the use of extensions. • Check data for accuracy by comparing it to official financial statements. • Collaborate with business users to understand their needs and help shape dashboard designs and reporting strategies. • Gather and analyze data from different ACR teams, often pulling information from various systems. • Contribute to best practices for report development, testing, access control, and scheduling report refreshes. • Document workflows, processes, and system functionality to support team knowledge. • Work with Large Language Models (LLMs) by evaluating prompts, comparing human-generated and auto-generated versions, and checking the accuracy of model outputs against original documents.
