Role Description Foxhole Technology is seeking a Senior Pen Tester to join our growing team in support of Security Operations Center on a newly awarded contract. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a network security environment, such as a Security Operations Center (SOC), and have an understanding of typical cybersecurity deliverables. - Ensure all staff are trained and knowledgeable of the penetration testing tools and in the ability to assess penetration testing findings. - Conduct penetration tests with the knowledge and written authorization of the system owner and only after appropriate authorities, approvals, type and scope of testing, and rules of engagement have been established. - Perform no‐knowledge and/or limited‐knowledge assessments as part of penetration testing of specific areas within the enterprise. - Compare results of assessments with event logs and other captured data to determine if vulnerabilities were exploited. - Collaborate with SOC and System Owners in determining ways to defend, alter, or reconfigure cyber defense mechanisms to strengthen resiliency and response to an attack. - Produce reports of penetration test findings. - Coordinate with the Government to use penetration test findings to inform, expand, or focus monitoring efforts. - Capture, maintain and archive logs of all penetration testing activity, to include manual and automated activity. - Provide logs on demand for forensic analysis, proof of concept, and auditing purposes. Qualifications - Minimum seven (7) years experience. - BS Degree or additional work experience substitution. - Previous pen testing experience. • Translate authored data rules and quality thresholds into automated, executable quality checks. • Build and maintain data quality monitoring, alerting, and dashboards across governed datasets. • Integrate quality checks into data pipelines, classification workflows, and governance tooling. • Automate detection of rule conflicts, duplicates, and reference data anomalies at scale. • Develop tooling that supports auditors, analysts, and stewards in their day-to-day work. • Instrument human-in-the-loop workflows to capture validation outcomes and quality signals. • Maintain reliable, performant data quality infrastructure and supporting data flows. • Partner with Governance to make rules executable and to close gaps between definition and enforcement.

• Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests and multivariate experiments across Shopify stores, including landing pages, product pages, collections, checkout flows, and other critical customer touchpoints. • Own the CRO roadmap by identifying conversion opportunities and prioritizing experiments based on potential business impact. • Develop data-driven hypotheses and testing strategies focused on increasing conversion rates, revenue, customer engagement, and retention. • Apply deep Shopify knowledge to optimize store performance, user experience, and conversion funnels. • Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to create, implement, and evaluate test variations. • Analyze customer behavior using tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, Hotjar, and other analytics and behavioral tracking platforms. • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations based on test results. • Create clear and detailed reports covering experiment performance, insights, learnings, and business impact. • Continuously improve customer journeys through ongoing experimentation, analysis, and optimization.

• Programar y ejecutar los pipelines de Terraform para el aprovisionamiento automatizado y versionado de los recursos en AWS, garantizando la consistencia y disponibilidad de los ambientes de Desarrollo, UAT y Producción. • Crear y mantener un framework robusto de pruebas automatizadas (E2E, API, Unitarias) integradas al CI/CD para certificar las entregas continuas sin procesos manuales lentos. • Realizar pruebas de carga y estrés para garantizar que el cluster EKS soporte el lote nocturno, así como ejecutar escaneos de vulnerabilidades en el código.
