Job Requirements

Role Description The Associate Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer performs manual testing, assists in automation testing, and helps maintain test cases in Qase. Under guidance from more experienced QA team members, this role executes test plans, documents results, logs defects, and learns to troubleshoot issues across Linux and Windows systems, while developing knowledge of the company’s software applications and integrated systems. QA Engineers must be comfortable shifting focus quickly to meet changing priorities and requirements and may also perform targeted QA in production environments to verify file changes or review configuration work prior to client delivery. This position requires attention to detail, curiosity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment. Most testing focuses on the company’s client‑facing web GUI, which integrates phone, video visitation, and other service management functions. The role also includes testing other internal and external GUIs, as well as standalone phone and video visitation. Out‑of‑cycle features and fixes may require rapid testing and deployment.
