• Partner with Data Operations and Governance to identify high-value opportunities for AI and automation across data delivery and data quality workflows. • Build small, self-contained, plug-and-play solutions — prompts, low-code workflows, scripts, and lightweight agents — that deliver incremental efficiency without standing up large models or heavy systems. • Translate governance rules, definitions, and taxonomies into prompt and automation logic that produces accurate, consistent output. • Prototype rapidly, measure operational impact, and iterate solutions based on real results and validator feedback. • Deploy solutions into production data operations and support adoption, monitoring, and handoff. • Recognize when a need exceeds what a contained solution can deliver, and serve as the conduit to larger-scale deployment by helping define clear, actionable requirements for engineering and platform teams. • Maintain prompt libraries, automation assets, and documentation with clear versioning. • Track solution performance against scale, efficiency, accuracy, and consistency targets and report on the gains realized. • Stay current on AI and automation techniques and responsible-AI practices, and share them across teams.

You will partner with Product, Engineering, GTM, and Internal Operations to turn real operational problems into reliable, production-ready automations used every day, while also advising teams on how AI can be applied effectively in their domain. The role reports to the VP of Engineering and operates with a high degree of autonomy. - Deliver AI-powered workflows and agents with clear owners and measurable impact, such as hours saved, error reduction, and throughput gains. - Identify and prioritize high-value automation opportunities, shaping them into scoped use cases with expected efficiency outcomes. - Set up, own, and continuously evolve the company AI toolchain to drive AI automations, workflows, and agents. - Help define and maintain the practical operating model for AI workflows across the company, including how they are requested, approved, documented, secured, monitored, and maintained. - Enable teams to use modern AI tools through short, practical sessions, driving measurable adoption and satisfaction. - Build fast AI-powered prototypes, evolve successful pilots into stable production workflows, and ensure reliability and cost efficiency. - Maintain reusable prompts, templates, and components that accelerate future automation work and improve time-to-delivery. - Monitor usage and performance through lightweight dashboards, driving continuous improvement based on real-world results. Qualifications - Have an engineering foundation with hands-on experience building automations or integrations, along with solid debugging and testing practices. - Bring applied AI fluency, with practical experience building production-oriented LLM workflows, RAG architectures, prompt and context engineering, evaluation frameworks, security guardrails, and workflow automation. - Communicate clearly and in a friendly way, able to explain complex ideas simply and collaborate across the company. - Have an outcome mindset and are comfortable defining metrics and improving the reliability, speed, and cost of what you build. - Show ownership and initiative, spotting opportunities, shaping them into scoped solutions, and driving them through to adoption. - Demonstrate security and privacy awareness, with practical judgment on safe data use and compliance. • Architect and build the core automation runtime, focusing on resilient UI interactions, reliable programmatic data entry, and robust session routing. • Design and implement secure network interception layers to seamlessly capture and parse underlying financial data streams without relying solely on fragile UI elements. • Build and maintain high-performance communication protocols that connect our distributed client-side agents to a centralized backend routing hub. • Develop elegant solutions to navigate complex, multi-step authentication flows—such as MFA and Passkeys—by seamlessly bridging background automation with user-facing interactive prompts. • Navigate and engineer around the strict execution boundaries, security sandboxes, and ephemeral lifecycles inherent in modern browser and mobile webview environments. • Build resiliency and scalability into the platform at every step, adapting quickly to dynamic DOM changes, varying mobile/desktop portal structures, and application suspension states. • Introduce industry-leading engineering patterns and practices that give us the confidence to operate at scale. • Support the engineering team in achieving a high level of technical excellence, actively mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
