Role Description We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to join our team. As a Quality Assurance engineer, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems. The ideal candidate will have a strong systems engineering and software development background to perform functional testing and to execute testing practices. Additionally, the candidate should be detail-oriented, creative, analytical, and research-oriented. Role Description The Associate Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer performs manual testing, assists in automation testing, and helps maintain test cases in Qase. Under guidance from more experienced QA team members, this role executes test plans, documents results, logs defects, and learns to troubleshoot issues across Linux and Windows systems, while developing knowledge of the company’s software applications and integrated systems. QA Engineers must be comfortable shifting focus quickly to meet changing priorities and requirements and may also perform targeted QA in production environments to verify file changes or review configuration work prior to client delivery.
