Role Description The Associate Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer performs manual testing, assists in automation testing, and helps maintain test cases in Qase. Under guidance from more experienced QA team members, this role executes test plans, documents results, logs defects, and learns to troubleshoot issues across Linux and Windows systems, while developing knowledge of the company’s software applications and integrated systems. QA Engineers must be comfortable shifting focus quickly to meet changing priorities and requirements and may also perform targeted QA in production environments to verify file changes or review configuration work prior to client delivery. Qualifications - Preferred Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or up to one (1) year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. - Entry level, including internships, industry-recognized QA bootcamps, or academic projects.
