• Assist in managing the full recruitment cycle for temporary and permanent positions • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify urgent hiring needs and recruitment strategies • Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews to assess candidate qualifications • Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process, facilitating communication and setting expectations • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) • Support onboarding of new hires as needed • Contribute to building and maintaining a talent pipeline for future hiring needs • Conduct research on job market trends to identify potential sourcing strategies • Assist in organizing recruitment-related events and career fairs • Perform other administrative tasks related to recruiting as assigned
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in corporate full cycle recruitment required
- Experience with ATS systems, Workable is a plus
- Experience in AEC industry a required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to connect with candidates and build rapport quickly

- Occasional travel to various office locations

Role Description The Structural Engineer position is part of the Industrial Crane and product engineering team, and your role will be the structural design and support of crane runway systems. This will primarily be engineering of crane runway systems but can also include generating the detailed design drawings when needed. • Senior Engineer will be the engineering lead on multi-discipline projects and interact directly with our clients. • Coordinate with the hydrology, geotechnical, structural and structural engineering teams. • This role leads technical resources for the civil engineering organization and is involved with many projects and clients on a high-level and mentors project engineers. • The role requires strong technical skills in Civil Engineering design including grading, drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, stormwater management and SWPP calculations and reports. • Provide technical leadership for staff that utilize Civil 3D including alignments, profiles, and grading features to produce engineered construction plans. • Review and supervise calculations performed by others to ensure quality standards are met to stamp construction drawings and reports. • Oversees financials at a project level and completes proposals for PV, BESS, HV, Wind projects. • Assign tasks to direct reports consisting of junior engineering staff for Renewables projects. • Provide construction support to our clients.
