• Communicate clearly with our client who is the Owner and operator of these projects. • Provide responses to close out the construction of the project by supporting the EPC and contractors. • Prioritize and lead the team in which testing comes first to ensure a safe and on time project. • Lead Reoccurring meetings with all stakeholders including the owner, EPC, vendors, engineers, utility and others. • Complete key testing deliverables. • Provide detailed review of all projects Mechanical and substantial completion tests from the EPC or contractor. • Lead interconnection testing with the utility to witness, record and pass utility energization and sync testing. • Manage different login portals for the site.

Role Description We are seeking a motivated and driven Civil Engineer to join our LATAM team. The ideal candidates will participate in and contribute to a diverse range of engineering projects and services in our team-oriented environment. - Under supervision and in collaboration with experienced staff, support the preparation of civil engineering designs and construction documents, including plans, specifications, technical calculations, exhibits, and reports. - Assist in grading, drainage, erosion and sediment control, and stormwater management design tasks. - Prepare civil design documentation, including drawings, reports, and technical memoranda. - Use AutoCAD and Civil 3D to develop construction drawings—plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts. - Support the civil design of solar plants, substations, and high-voltage systems for renewable energy projects. - Assist in evaluating design alternatives to address regulatory requirements, site constraints, and constructability considerations. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure coordination and quality in civil infrastructure design. Qualifications - B.S. in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution or equivalent Engineering B.S. - 2+ years of experience. - Strong attention to detail, with solid problem-solving, data analysis, and communication skills. - English proficiency is a plus. • Perform structural calculations for tracker pile foundations, concrete pads, skids, and other site structures • Apply site-specific conditions (wind, seismic, snow, corrosion, frost) in structural analysis and design • Interpret geotechnical reports and apply parameters to foundation design assumptions • Assist in preparing construction drawings and structural details using AutoCAD • Contribute to general notes, specification sections, and milestone submittals (30%, 60%, 90%, IFC) • Support development of signed/stamped structural calculation packages • Assist with site walkdowns, pile installation observation, and field data collection • Observe load testing programs and document structural performance • Coordinate with construction teams to evaluate as-built conditions and flag out-of-spec issues • Support field-based evaluations, remediation planning, and construction documentation • Provide photo logs, site sketches, and summary reports following field deployments • Coordinate with internal geotechnical and civil teams for integrated design • Attend internal design meetings and client calls as needed to stay aligned with project objectives • Receive mentorship from senior engineers with the opportunity to gradually take on more responsibility • Participate in internal learning, development, and project closeout reviews

• Under direct supervision and working with experienced staff, the successful candidate will complete substation engineering designs and the generation of construction drawing plans and details, schematic and wiring diagrams, technical calculations, models, exhibits, and reports. • Utilize CAD software to develop plans, sections, schematics, details, wiring, and BOM sheets for construction drawing sets. • Ability to work as a team player, take direction, and interact well with others while working in remote, hybrid, or office environments. • Self-starter with strong internal drive and integrity that can work well individually and with team members. • Individual contributor expected to complete assigned work from senior staff, perform self-checks of work produced and continue advancing technical knowledge and professional licensure.

• Operational Leadership: Serve as an operations lead for multiple projects, with primary focus on ensuring that permitting and compliance are seamlessly integrated into the project lifecycle. • Permitting SME Support: Act as the subject matter expert consulting on permitting, guiding teams through regulatory requirements, managing permitting schedules, and proactively resolving permitting challenges to avoid project delays as a client facing key communicator. • Project Controls: Support in the implementation and monitoring of project control systems, including budget management, and risk assessments.
