Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 15+ years of leadership experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, consulting, business operations, organizational effectiveness, transformation, or related fields
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise transformations
  • Proven ability to influence and align leaders across functions without direct authority
  • Exceptional communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and execution skills

Role Description The AVP, Public Sector Growth and Strategy supports Claritev's expansion across federal, state, and local public sector health markets. This role focuses on strategic capture, solution shaping, client engagement, and partnership development.
