Clinical Account Manager

RAMPART IC LLC

Role Description As a Clinical Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving clinical adoption of Rampart products, building new customer relationships, and expanding usage within existing accounts across your assigned territory. This is a high-impact role for someone with strong sales skills, clinical knowledge, and a passion for improving safety in interventional medicine. You’ll work closely with physicians, hospital staff, and decision-makers to deliver Rampart’s solutions, ensuring healthcare teams can perform at their best—protected, comfortable, and confident. This position reports directly to the Area Vice President. What You’ll Do - Develop new customer accounts and expand usage within existing ones. - Educate and train physicians, nurses, techs, and staff to drive product adoption. - Lead product installations and provide clinical support. - Work with leadership to create territory sales and marketing strategies. - Identify customer needs and recommend tailored Rampart solutions. - Maintain strong relationships with hospital personnel and key decision-makers. - Respond to customer feedback and resolve service issues with creative solutions. - Support product development by identifying improvements and opportunities. - Meet or exceed assigned sales and adoption targets. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Life/Health Sciences, Nursing (RT, RCIS) or related field preferred. - 5+ years of medical device or clinical operations experience. - Proven success in driving clinical adoption and sales growth. - Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills. - Knowledge of hospital operations, purchasing, and regulatory standards. - Entrepreneurial mindset with strong problem-solving ability. - Willingness to travel extensively (including overnight). The Account Director will function as the “Acting President and CEO” of their portfolio, responsible for key financial and operational decisions. Qualifications - Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in online bill payment, mobile/digital bill payments, electronic bill presentment, and money movement. - Advanced knowledge of online and electronic bill payment industry. - 5-7 years of experience managing a portfolio of institutional and/or commercial clients across multiple industries. - Advanced oral and written communication skills. - Experience selling SAAS and/or cloud-based solutions strongly preferred. - Familiarity with Salesforce™ or similar CRM strongly preferred. - Familiarity with PCI DSS Compliance and credit/debit card association regulations strongly preferred. - Professional designations such as CPP, AAP, PMP are strongly preferred.
