Role Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is the owner of the recruiting process. They partner with Hiring Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Interviewers to hire great talent for the company, providing excellent candidate experience. Locations: Kyiv, or remote, Ukraine. Reporting System: reports to a Talent Acquisition Leader. Your day will consist of: - Full cycle recruitment of all assigned positions; - Passive candidate sourcing via resume databases, social media, and other channels; - Prescreening/interviewing of qualified candidates; - Scheduling of interviews with the hiring team, plus facilitation of post-interview feedback; - Develop and cultivate trusting relationships with Hiring Leaders across North America and Eastern Europe; foster collaboration via consistent communication; - Create and execute compelling candidate marketing campaigns to engage passive candidates; - Maintain Applicant Tracking System; - Support and improve the hiring process, candidate experience, and hiring team experience. Qualifications - Fluent in written and spoken English (B2+); - 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience; - Experience sourcing passive talent and generating interest via a variety of platforms, including resume databases and LinkedIn; - High attention to detail, excellent communication skills, flexibility to adapt to a rapidly changing environment, and excitement to grow alongside our team. Accounts Receivable Specialist

About the Role The Accounts Receivable Specialist supports day‑to‑day AR operations, including accurate invoicing, timely payment application, and follow‑up on outstanding balances. This role works closely with internal teams and customers and supports software maintenance license renewals and subscription‑based billing models. Responsibilities - Monitor AR aging reports and support collection efforts to reduce overdue balances - Follow up on overdue accounts in accordance with established collection procedures - Support daily Accounts Receivable operations, including invoicing, payment application, and collections - Respond to customer inquiries and assist with investigating billing discrepancies - Support Account Managers, Support Team, Delivery Team, and Cloud Team with AR inquiries, service holds or suspensions for non‑payment, and transaction history requests - Prepare and post customer payment journals and adjustments in accordance with internal controls - Assist with AR reporting, including aging analysis, DSO support data, bad debt reserve inputs, and month-end AR Balance Sheet Reconciliation activities - Support Finance & Operations initiatives related to AR process improvements and system enhancements - Support monthly sales affiliate commission reporting - Assist with audit requests and maintain accurate AR documentation Value‑Added Experience & Expertise - Software Maintenance & Renewal Billing Experience supporting software maintenance agreements and renewal billing, including tracking contract terms, renewal dates, and pricing changes to ensure accurate and timely invoicing. - Microsoft Subscription & Cloud Billing Experience Working knowledge of subscription‑based billing models, including Microsoft CSP, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other recurring or usage‑based services. Familiarity with supporting accurate billing, renewals, and reconciliations within AR processes. - Microsoft Portals & Licensing Platforms Hands‑on experience using Microsoft portals (such as Partner Center and related licensing or subscription management tools) to review subscriptions, validate billing details, investigate discrepancies, and support customer inquiries. As we continue to expand our client engagements, we are looking for an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join us as a contractor based in the United States. About the Role We are hiring a Professional Services Offering Leader to own the commercial success and market growth of Enavate’s Professional Services industry offerings. This role turns strong products and services into a repeatable, scalable, and profitable go-to-market motion. The role owns offering performance across revenue growth, adoption in qualified opportunities, and margin performance, and leads the commercial lifecycle of the offering—from market definition and go-to-market strategy through sales execution and scalable delivery. The Professional Services offerings represent a strategic growth area for Enavate and is expected to scale significantly over the next several years. This role is ideal for someone with deep experience in ERP or technology-enabled Professional Services who understands how consulting and implementation services are packaged, sold, scoped, delivered, and scaled in a partner-driven ecosystem. As we continue to expand our client engagements, we are looking for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to join us as a contractor based in the United States. This role will start as a part-time engagement with the potential to expand to full-time, depending on project needs and performance. Role Description The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities and setting qualified meetings for Sales Representatives. This role focuses on outbound and inbound prospect engagement, early stage qualification, and consistent pipeline creation in support of revenue growth. - Proactively identify, contact, and qualify prospective customers through outbound and inbound efforts (phone, email, LinkedIn, campaign follow‑up). - Conduct initial discovery conversations to assess prospect fit, needs, and interest. - Schedule qualified meetings between prospects and assigned Sales Representatives. - Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date activity, notes, and lead status in CRM. - Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing to align messaging and improve lead quality. - Follow defined qualification criteria and hand off well qualified opportunities to Sales. - Meet or exceed activity, meeting set, and pipeline contribution targets. - Represent the company professionally and consistently in all prospect interactions. Qualifications - Previous experience in a BDR/SDR or similar role (this role is not intended for entry level candidates). - Demonstrated success setting appointments for sales representatives. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - Comfortable engaging prospects via phone, email, and social platforms. - Ability to follow a structured sales development process while adapting to conversations. - Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills. - Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, or similar preferred).
