Role Description The Paymentus Account Management Team is responsible for the retention, relationship expansion, revenue growth, reference-ability and overall satisfaction of existing Paymentus clients through: - Proactive communication - Situational analysis - Client education and information sharing - Strategic planning - Results-driven up-sell/cross-sell activities - Issue escalation management - Effective marketing and product promotional campaign development The Account Director works closely with an assigned portfolio of high revenue clients to develop formal account plans and client strategies to maximize client satisfaction and drive increased net revenue flow. The number of clients and revenue size of the portfolio may vary based on region/territory, ranging between 15 and 20 clients, most generating $500k or greater in annual revenue. The Account Director will engage clients via: - Telephone - Face-to-face client meetings - Virtual meetings - Conference/expo interactions - Written communication Documentation of communication will be maintained in the corporate CRM solution. The Account Director will function as the “Acting President and CEO” of their portfolio, responsible for key financial and operational decisions. Qualifications - Minimum of 5-7 years of direct experience in online bill payment, mobile/digital bill payments, electronic bill presentment, and money movement. - Advanced knowledge of online and electronic bill payment industry. - 5-7 years of experience managing a portfolio of institutional and/or commercial clients across multiple industries. - Advanced oral and written communication skills. - Experience selling SAAS and/or cloud-based solutions strongly preferred. - Familiarity with Salesforce™ or similar CRM strongly preferred. - Familiarity with PCI DSS Compliance and credit/debit card association regulations strongly preferred. - Professional designations such as CPP, AAP, PMP are strongly preferred. Requirements - Proven ability to negotiate contract renewals with an understanding of pricing guidelines and acceptable terms. - Experience preparing comprehensive Request for Proposals and Vendor Requirement Requests. - Self-sufficiency to manage portfolio and lead customer meetings. - Sales-centric approach to relationship management. - Skilled in financial modeling and presenting pricing proposals. - Revenue cycle management and revenue collection experience. - Ability to comprehend and articulate client requirements for change requests. - Experience in diverse business types and industries. - Act as voice of customer, partnering with internal teams to resolve issues. - Serve as the client’s advocate during testing and upgrades. - Provide assistance with non-project related testing. - Partner with Project Management Organization for successful project execution. - Reinforce training of customer teams on product features. - Partner with Development, Account Management, and Implementations on project prioritization. Role Description The DevOps Engineer is responsible for supporting, monitoring and tooling of cloud deployments.
