Senior Analyst, Marketing

• Work closely with our MTA & MMM data from our third party vendors and use the information to provide data-driven recommendations to our paid media team • Evaluate performance data at the channel and vendor level, proactively identify opportunities to improve marketing campaign performance, customer segmentation, and overall marketing effectiveness through data analysis • Own site funnel analytics to identify drop off points and areas of opportunity • Write complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from various sources. • Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable data models and dashboards in Looker using LookML to provide clear and accessible insights. • Collaborate closely with marketing stakeholders to define key metrics, build reports, and develop data-driven recommendations. • Setting up and analyzing A/B testing site growth experiments • Be able to analyze and validate lift test scoping & results from 3rd party vendors as well as be able to run incrementality and geo lift tests on own when required • Works on and executes a wide range of analytics requests related to CRM performance, customer retention, and lifetime value analysis. • Communicate analytical findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and presentations. • Maintain data integrity and ensure the accuracy and reliability of marketing data and reporting. • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing analytics and data visualization.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related area.
- Experience (5+ years) in an analytics role, with some experience with marketing data (MTA, MMM, Braze, Amplitude, etc) specifically media analytics
- Advanced knowledge in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Experience building dashboards and data models using Looker and LookML.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings clearly and concisely.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager
TelyRxEnhancing the pharmacy experience for telehealth providers and their patients.
• Own TelyRx’s end-to-end lifecycle strategy across the full patient journey, from first order to long-term retention • Design and execute programs that materially impact LTV, repeat rate, refill adoption, and cohort performance • Partner closely with Performance, Product, CX, and Analytics to ensure lifecycle is embedded into growth strategy • Own all email and SMS strategy, execution, and optimization—including transactional, refill, educational, and promotional programs • Build segmentation frameworks based on behavior, condition type, purchase cadence, and product mix • Own lifecycle strategy for TelyWell Rewards and the referral program • Lead lifecycle-driven direct mail initiatives where they support retention, refills, or high-value cohorts • Own lifecycle KPIs including retention, repeat purchase rate, LTV, churn, engagement, and cohort health • Build clear reporting that connects lifecycle activity directly to revenue outcomes

Establish feedback loops to bring partner insights back into the organization. • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partner retention, adoption, and engagement.
