Role Description This is a very exciting and highly innovative time here at Outside. Outside, Inc. is looking for a full-time Client Services Partner, working within the Client Services Key Accounts team in Outside’s Media Sales Department. The Client Services Partner will be responsible for working with clients to manage digital media campaigns from start to finish, overseeing key deliverables such as: - Display tactics - Email marketing - Newsletter sponsorships - Reporting - Billing - Other campaign elements The Client Services Partner will also be responsible for managing the client’s campaign from signature through execution, including the following responsibilities: - Insertion order review and approval - Asset collection - Custom collaboration - Campaign launches - Billing - Reporting - Overall campaign logistics You will work closely with our Ad Sales, Creative, and Ad Operations teams to deliver measurable results that exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of digital media, a proven track record of successful campaign management, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends. Key Responsibilities: - Manage the setup and execution of clients' digital brand campaigns, including display, email marketing, and newsletter sponsorships. - Build and maintain strong daily relationships as the primary, single point of contact for clients, ensuring alignment on goals, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs. - Oversee all aspects of campaign launch and management, including reviewing contracts, client outreach, aggregating assets, securing site inventory across company websites, communicating campaign elements to relevant teams, QA for trafficking setup, and continuous monitoring and optimization to meet client expectations. - Manage the timely receipt, testing, and required technical adjustments of creative assets for campaign launches. - Ensure all client-contracted items are delivered fully and within the scheduled duration. - Provide regular reporting updates and ongoing touchpoints for clients; communicate campaign complications to salespersons and clients, offering viable alternatives as needed. - Collaborate effectively with multiple internal departments, including trafficking, sales, editorial, digital planning, client success, custom content, social, and email marketing teams, from campaign launch through the final reporting cycle. - Demonstrate strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills, successfully juggling multiple tasks and managing a high volume of campaigns while monitoring performance. - Follow up with clients on outstanding campaigns/deliverables, ensure all contracts are delivered in full, and manage monthly campaign billing and reporting needs. - Carry out troubleshooting processes to identify and resolve issues caused by trafficking setup errors, content management system mistakes, or technology malfunctions. - Develop expert-level knowledge and proficiency in systems including AdBook OMS, Google Ad Manager, Double Verify Publisher Suite, Megaphone, Salesforce, Asana, Sprout Social, Pressboard, and Hubspot. - Meet and exceed client expectations by consistently providing the highest level of customer service and developing proactive strategies to resolve issues and optimize campaigns as they arise. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, Campaign or Account Management preferred. - Bachelor’s degree required. BA in marketing, statistics, advertising or business preferred. - Must possess a strong working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (especially Excel) and Google Docs. - Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Hubspot). - Must be able to comprehend and articulate analytical data, specifically data geared toward display banners such as CTRs, Video Completion Rate, Viewability, etc. - Must exercise great proactivity with strong communication, customer relations, and analytical skills. - Ability to stay on task and follow outlined processes. - Should enjoy working collaboratively across multiple departments. - Ability to thrive in a nimble, detail and deadline-driven environment. - A strong level of comfort and confidence in answering and/or resolving client inquiries is necessary.
