Role Description SAIC is looking for a dedicated Full-Stack Software Engineer to help build, support and migrate a cloud-based Web Dashboard application that processes healthcare EDI transactions. Role Description As a direct report of the Senior Product Manager, the Salesforce Business Systems Analyst (BSA) is primarily responsible for analyzing business requirements, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions, and leading Salesforce initiatives to drive business growth and success for our network of 200+ agencies and the National office. You will work closely with the Senior Product Manager as a member of the Salesforce development and administration team within the Information Technology department of Big Brothers Big Sisters of America (BBBSA) to ensure solutions meet the needs of the organization. BSAs are supporting the life cycle of the solution implementations. The ideal candidate will have an advanced background in Salesforce, business analysis, and project management. The candidate will also possess excellent communication and leadership skills. The Salesforce BSA must hold an active Salesforce Administrator Certification at the time of hire and maintain it throughout their employment. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information systems, or business administration, or equivalent combined work experience. - 3-5 years of relevant experience as a Salesforce Administrator. - 1-2 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst. Requirements - 3+ Years of Experience in Salesforce. - Salesforce Certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator. - Advanced understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features, and best practices. - Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, flows, validation rules, and other standard and custom Salesforce functionalities. - Experience in end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CRM itself as well as with different systems. - Experience with agile development methodologies. - Active belief and practice in documentation. - Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technology teams, and other stakeholders at all levels of the organization. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Ability to work independently and proactively, taking ownership of tasks and driving them to completion. - Demonstrates enthusiasm towards continued personal/professional development. - Ability to use project management tools to manage work. - Responsible use and adherence to the organization's (BBBSA) IT policies on acceptable use of AI. • Using AI tools (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor), audit existing component libraries and live product experiences — mapping gaps, drift, and inconsistencies — to generate a data-backed plan to unify and streamline the system. • Own and drive Kin's token architecture across color, typography, spacing, and motion, structured as primitive, semantic, and component tokens, as the single source of truth for design and code. • Experience designing token systems that scale across different contexts -- internal tools, customer-facing apps, or multi-brand surfaces -- with an architecture that can flex without fragmenting. • Establish and maintain Figma-to-code parity, partnering with engineering on the pipeline from design tokens to implemented, documented components. • Introduce new components and patterns thoughtfully as Kin moves into new product domains, ensuring the system grows with intention rather than sprawl. • Define the contribution model and governance — versioning, changelogs, intake, and quality bars — and implement automated guardrails that let teams extend the system without fragmentation. • Build the single source of truth that replaces disparate tools as the canonical reference for Kin's design patterns. • Advocate for accessibility in components so teams inherit it by default, using automated testing and AI-assisted audits to proactively identify compliance gaps. • Partner across Product, Engineering, and embedded domain designers to make the system the easiest path to a cohesive, on-brand experience across every surface.
