Finance & Operations Lead
Pallon
• Support the month-end and year-end closing processes. • Accruals and prepayments. • Manual Journal Entries. • Monthly reconciliation of account balances. • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation. • Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as required. • Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner. • Assisting with Customer Invoicing. • Ad-hoc duties as required.
Job Requirements
- Self-motivated and able to work efficiently independently and as a team.
- Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- 3+ years experience in a finance or accounting position.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Keen to learn and develop.
- Friendly, proactive and positive nature.
