Manager, Engineering – Endpoint Security

• Plans and directs all aspects of development activities within their teams • Works closely with R&D Leadership, Product Management and Security Services(S2) • Generates and manages day to day work for team(s) • Works with Product Team to define and deliver on the 6-month roadmap • Drives continuous improvement in engineering processes • Implements the R&D Department and Team Responsibilities • Oversee the full software development life cycle • Execute administrative responsibilities • Lead recruitment efforts for their team(s) for both full-time and co-op employees
Job Requirements
- 8 years’ experience in software development or related role
- Master’s degree + 2 years’ experience in software development management, engineering leadership, or related role
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field
- Background in networking, security, or distributed systems
- Strong ownership mindset—comfortable driving issues independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Multi-platform OS experience (Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash, Ruby)
