Manager, GTM Engineering – Automation, AI

• GTM Tech Stack Management: Integrate with and optimize the core Sales and Marketing technology stack (Salesforce, Clay, Boomi, Salesloft) in alignment with customer-centric initiatives. • Workflow & AI Automation: Execute end-to-end automated workflows (lead scoring, routing, alerts) and deploy AI/ML solutions to scale business outreach efficiency. • Data Integrity & Analytics: Manage data pipelines and routine hygiene (deduplication, enrichment) across systems; maintain dashboards to track key GTM metrics and deliver forecasting to leadership. • Process Execution & Enablement: Work with Program teams to map GTM workflows and drive technical projects from requirements gathering through implementation and user adoption.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of people management or relevant leadership experience, such as leading a small team of GTM Automation/Ops engineers.
- 5+ years of experience in automation engineering, GTM operations, or system integration roles in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Solid, proven understanding of the GTM tech stack and processes, including expertise with major CRM and sales automation tools (such as Salesforce Sales Cloud and Clay) as well as data integration tools or ETL platforms for data warehousing.
- Expert-level, hands-on experience building workflows and integrations using integration platforms and/or Python-based APIs, webhooks, and data structures.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with a track record of translating complex business needs and GTM strategy into robust, scalable technical solutions.
- Experience documenting and maintaining automation frameworks, process maps, and adhering to security/compliance standards.
- Proven ability to translate pipeline and revenue data into actionable insights that influence stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Exposure to or hands-on implementation of AI-based workflow tools or LLM-powered automation in a GTM context.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales motions (enterprise, mid-market, and expansion) and funnel metrics.
