• As a Mission Manager for Cyber, you will collaborate with Cyber Tech Leads to establish a technical roadmap for Mission outcomes with Mission Heroes • Serves as a lead Mission Manager for a Cyber Domain Delivery Effort • Collaborates with Cyber Leads to establish technical roadmap for Mission Outcomes with Mission Heroes • Aligns Defense Unicorns’ Product Roadmaps to technical roadmap for your Hero and provides feedback to Product segment on Mission need dates for features to drive adoption • Share and facilitate feedback from Delivery segment with Product segment regarding Defense Unicorns’ OSS projects and productized services • Work with Tech Leads to established an aligned Delivery roadmap, using Product roadmaps • Follow company best practices in strategies for building Delivery solutions • Balance priorities from users, customers, stakeholders, and the team to deliver mission value in a scalable way • Understand the contract(s) for the Cyber Delivery Effort(s) • Assist with Mission Hero engagements for the contract process to start new work, continue work, or scale up work • Fosters an environment for Unicorn growth, mentorship, and coaching within the team • Fosters an environment for Defense Unicorns values and principles to thrive

Job Requirements

  • US Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI clearance
  • Proficient in translating pain points to root cause problems and working with engineers to build a roadmap for value delivery
  • Proficient in modern software development processes and practices, including DevSecOps, Continuous Delivery, and User-Centered Design
  • Experience managing cross-functional engineering teams
  • Skilled in expectation management across different personas
  • Experience and passion for software delivery for Mission Success within the tech industry or Department of Defense
  • Exhibit enough technical depth to understand architectural decisions and translate in a way that stakeholders, users, and the team can understand and be aligned on

Role Description This position is responsible for managing the business of LS Tractor USA, LLC within the established North Western Territory which includes the states of Washington, Montana, Oregon, Idaho, and Wyoming. This includes achieving sales goals, managing the distribution channel to develop and increase sales to existing dealers, and recruiting and developing new dealers.
